If you are staying at our hotel, then you have to park your car at that hotel. Parking passes are only for commuters. We have to pay extra for the parking passes.
You do not need to make a reservation since we are paying for your room. We will reserve the rooms.
The workshop will be held in the Levine Science Research Center (LSRC) Room D106 at Duke University, from 8:30am-5pm on Monday and Tuesday, and ending at 3pm on Wednesday, July 21. Note we have a working breakfast and a working lunch. The address of the building is 308 Research Drive, Durham, NC 27708.
PARKING INFO. Parking passes for those commuting will be handed out starting at 8am on the first day of the workshop on the corner of Lasalle Drive and Circuit Drive. You cannot enter the lot without a parking pass.
If you arrive late and there is noone outside to give you a parking pass. Then drive down Circuit to Research Drive. At the circle turn right onto Research Drive and stop on the street with your blinkers beside the LSRC building (2cd building on the right). Come in and the classroom D106 is right there, we can give you a parking pass for Circuit Lot.
Please allow at least 15 minutes to pick up your parking pass, park, and
walk to the LSRC D-wing building on the first day. The parking pass is good
for all days of the workshop. If you are staying at the CAMBRiA, you should
park there for free and either walk or take their shuttle.
