Student Registration

  • Student registration was required, but is now closed. Please plan to attend future TechConnect events. All levels of Pratt School of Engineering and Department of Computer Science students were invited and encouraged to attend: BS, MEMP, MEng, MS, PhD. This was a Duke student-specific event, and a email address was required to register.

TechConnect, an event hosted by the Duke University Pratt School of Engineering and the Department of Computer Science, with support from the Career Center, brings students and employers together for networking, education and connections.

At TechConnect this spring, employers will connect with Engineering and Computer Science students in a virtual networking environment powered by CareerEco. Students will enter the company booth to chat with industry recruiters and tech representatives to learn about employment opportunities, the characteristics employers seek as well as a realistic and insightful view of the job market and career paths for students interested in engineering and technical careers. Video chat between employers and students will be available during the event.

Students from all classes are welcome to chat with employer representatives, many of whom are Duke alumni. The CareerEco platform will provide a robust virtual opportunity for information exchange. Many companies are able to identify talent for interviews and future employees.

TechConnect provides a great way for you to meet a large number of students seeking full-time and internship positions during this time of required social distancing and limited travel opportunities.
